FAQs

1. When is best to fly in?

The conference starts 1/23 - 1/24. However we plan to have an optional team building event 1/22 in the evening. All Area Directors & Area Vice Presidents should plan to come 1/22 and show up for our Leadership meeting.

2. Where is the conference held?

At Avenue of the Arts in Costa Mesa, CA.

3. Is there a detailed agenda on what will be taught?

The agenda above outlines our event. We will be teaching strategies and skill sets that will elevate your business. We will deliver a unique experience this conference with special guest speakers and surprises. Detailed agenda will be released Jan 2025.

4. What attire should I bring?

This event is packed with different experiences. Plan for something comfy and sporty if you're coming to team bonding. Bring a bathing suit (If you’d like to swim in the Cali beaches). Business Casual attire for the Ignite Conference. AND be sure to bring a cocktail, gala, fancy, sexy outfit for our evening mixer & kick-off party! We’re going to have an amazing production crew - be ready for the lights, camera, action!

5. Is breakfast and lunch provided?

Breakfast and lunch will not be provided for the conference days. Coffee, Water & Tea throughout the conference will be available. Plan for breakfast and lunch on your own or plan with your teams. Our mixer we will provide: hors d'oeuvres, finger foods, craving stations, & a hosted bar.

6. Do we need to rent a car?

Renting will all be your own choice. There is an $18 overnight parking at the hotel.

7. Is our Ignite Conference ticket refundable?

Your Ignite Conference ticket is non-refundable.
